Office Tracker Scheduling Software Nice Web based scheduler - unfortunately, won't work for our purposes. I would certainly rate the software as "good", but internet server storage/transmission poses problems for our type business. In particular, I do not want to leave any ports open to our server/internet access (through our firewall) and with the PHI security standards requiring patient confidentiality and encryption, simply do not want to have to add this type service (internet server application) to our security plan (nor wish to monitor/certify, etc.). Unsure whether this program can meet the need I am looking for scheduling software that allows a resource (e.g. employees) to be fitted to shifts on a rotating basis automatically. Each department has its own employees (e.g. Department A has 20 employees numbered A1 to A20 and Department B has its own employees numbered B1 to B20 while department C might have only one employee C1 and Department D might have 8 employees D1 to D8). Very easy to use, and reasonably comprehensive. Would prefer ability to allocate different staff hourly rates for midweek and weekends but overall a good program for scheduling staff, and also for scheduling function room at the same time.
